Although containers are a userspace fiction they are based on a multitude of kernel features. They very much tie into almost all parts of the kernel. In this talk, we will look at recent and future kernel features that are relevant for containers. In addition to explaining how they can be used to expand the functionality of containers we will also focus on how they can be used to make containers more secure.
