Do you want to leverage the container orchestration and scalability that comes with Kubernetes but struggle with thousands of lines of YAML when deploying your apps to it? The Cloud Foundry on Kubernetes project is aimed at simplifying the development and deployment of cloud-native apps on Kubernetes. In this talk, we'll discuss challenges app developers face in working with Kubernetes, an introduction to Cloud Foundry that explains the benefits of abstraction interfaces for app developers, and a walkthrough of how to get started. By the end of this session, attendees should be able to get Cloud Foundry running on their Kubernetes cluster and deploy their cloud-native apps to it.
