Riya Bansal is a Software Engineer at InterviewBit. She has been awarded the Google Women Techmakers Scholarship for her leadership skills and impact on the community of women in tech. Prior to joining InterviewBit, Riya has worked at American Express and Amazon as well. She is very keen on creating opportunities for underrepresented groups with workplace diversity. She was an Instructor at coding blocks and has mentored over 100+ students. She has been the delegate for the Science & Technology track at International Harvard HPAIR Conference 2020
She is on a mission to promote diversity and create an inclusive, equitable, diverse and learning environment for everyone.
She has spoken at numerous meetups before like GitHub Education Day. Being awarded with numerous other scholarships like React Rally 2019, Firebase Summit and Linux Open Source Summit Europe, she is always excited to talk to people and explore different ways to create a diverse and equitable work culture.
